Part 1. Ezogashima, a place to eat

The reason why I recommend this Ichidoko is because you can enjoy "Chep Manju (300 yen excluding tax)" which was also selected as the Shiretoko Shari brand, which handles Shiretoko's specialty souvenirs!

Chep refers to salmon in Ainu language. The ingredients of the bun are autumn salmon caught in Shiretoko and Hokkaido vegetables together with chan-chan-yaki. Wrap them one by one in a peach skin made of wheat from Shiretoko.

There is no smell of fish, so even children who are not good at raw fish can enjoy salmon deliciously with Chep Manju!

Part 1. Utoro Fishery Cooperative Women's Club's specialty seafood bowl and fishing tour

Utoro Fishery Cooperative Women's Club is a popular restaurant located right next to Shiretoko Utoro Fishing Port, where you can enjoy anything such as sea urchins, crabs, and salmon.

The fish handled by the fishermen's wives is always fresh, and the three meals bowl of the Utoro Fishery Cooperative Women's Club is synonymous with Shiretoko's specialty gourmet. (The following is a picture of uni and how much rice bowl when I actually visited)

Finally, I would like to introduce two restaurants that can be easily enjoyed by arranging Shiretoko's specialty products into stylish Western dishes.

Part 1. GVO (Zivo)

This cafe is open mainly by sea urchin fishermen in Shiretoko around the offseason (September to March). As a fisherman, of course, the freshness and taste of the ingredients are outstanding! In July and August, the aged sea urchin bowl, which is made from freshly harvested sea urchin, is famous.

What are you doing from September to March? That is, tomato pasta and curry made by fishermen using salt urchin pickled by themselves! If your child doesn't want seafood, there is also a pork cutlet or chicken menu.

The popular menu of the third generation Chiba Shoten is "Tanbaru Rice (pictured below)", which uses Hanasaki crab as an sauce, and "venison croquette" mixed with venison. Both have no rocky or beast odor, and are Shiretoko's specialty gourmet that can be recommended for children!
